TeacherMatch Sponsors Leading Minds Forum



We would like to thank TeacherMatch for their generous $500 sponsorship for BCP's 2013 Leading Minds Forum, Ready to Teach: Preparing New Teachers for the Classroom, to be held on September 26, 2013 at Loyola University Maryland.

TeacherMatch has created a platform that predicts the impact of teacher candidates on student achievement. The new hiring assessment is called EPI: Educators Professional Inventory — and it is designed to identify the top candidates for any teaching position.

Turner Construction Supports Leading Minds Forum

We would like to thank Turner Construction for supporting our upcoming Leading Minds forum on The Impact of Poverty on Education. Turner provides building services to institutions who recognize the value of a partner who works diligently and creatively to find the best possible solution for each particular project.

Turner actively supports the community through a variety of programs and partnerships including:
  • YouthForce 2020: a program instituted in 1989 to guide youth toward careers in the construction industry.

MECU Supports Leading Minds Forum

MECU has awarded BCP a grant of $500 to support our 2011 Leading Minds Forum, The Impact of Poverty on Education, to be held on September 22nd at Loyola University Maryland.

For years, MECU has been demonstrating its commitment to the community by supporting non-profit agencies in their quest to improve the quality of life for residents of our city.
